Resilience teams use a step-by-step process and tools to work toward common goals. The process and tools are not set in stone, so please feel free to adapt them in a way that works best for you and your team.
Step 2: Building
The Resilience Guide provides the outline of a three-session process to help you and your participants become a team. The process supports your team in building trust, learning about resilience, deciding how your team members want to help each other, and forming a consensus about how to work together.
Step 3: Teamwork
After your team is organized and you’ve completed the first three sessions, your team will work together to decide next steps such as activities you’d like to learn together. Here are a few ideas for team activities to help you get started:
